Creating an Event
From your dashboard, tap New Invite in the top bar. That's it. You're in the editor.

Everything starts blank. Fill in what matters.
The basics
Title. Name the thing. "Dinner at ours" works. So does "Ava's 30th."
Date and time. Pick when it's happening. If you don't have a time yet, you can always add one later.
Description. A few lines about what to expect. Keep it casual or keep it detailed. Up to you.
Make it yours
These are optional, but they go a long way.
- Cover photo — sets the mood before anyone reads a word. See Adding a Cover Photo.
- Background — changes the feel of the whole page. See Customizing Your Background.
- Location — helps people find their way. See Setting a Location.

Save it
When you're ready, hit Save. You'll land on your event page.
It's a draft right now. Only you can see it. Nothing goes out to anyone until you say so.
From here, you can keep editing, or move on to Publishing Your Event when it feels right. After that, Sharing Your Event gets the link into people's hands.
